Describe the amenity gap
Say whether the property has no facilities, whether indoor toilets are temporarily closed, or whether an outdoor group cannot use the building. These are different situations even when each leads to a portable toilet enquiry.
Identify the affected people. A contractor group, invited guests and building occupants may use the same outdoor area at different times. Mention restrictions on permanent facilities rather than counting every toilet on the premises as available.
Identify the decisions still open
A rough date range, expected use and suggested position help begin the discussion. Mark any uncertainties: a work start awaiting approval is not the same as a fixed event date. Ask what further information is needed before arrangements can be confirmed.
Explain essential access and washing needs early. Preferences about finishes or interior features can then be assessed against the available space and the reason the equipment is needed.
Give the conversation an owner
Choose a contact who can answer property questions, or identify who else controls access and permission. The person requesting the quote may not be the person receiving equipment.
For Coral Gables enquiries, use the optional contact form or call with your brief. Keep the accepted proposal and any later changes together so everyone works from the same arrangement.
