Identify the workforce using the setup
Tell us about the crews present together, their working hours and any indoor facilities they may actually use. A building remaining occupied does not mean its restrooms are available to every contractor.
State whether the need begins at site mobilisation, during a particular work phase or while indoor amenities are disconnected. That distinction helps define the rental period more accurately.
Separate pedestrian use from delivery activity
Propose a position with the site supervisor and describe how users approach it. Consider material handling, vehicle movements and the access requirements of other temporary equipment. The provider needs the actual conditions to assess the proposal.
Discuss handwashing and accessible needs alongside cabin selection. Do not wait until equipment arrives to discover that an essential part of the facility plan was omitted.
Keep service access in the programme
Give receiving instructions and name the person who can coordinate later visits. Update the team if fencing, parking or work areas change after delivery.
Ask about the accepted maintenance and collection scope. The rental discussion supports the site’s facility plan; it does not certify project compliance or replace the contractor’s responsibility for managing the work environment.
