Rental questions worth resolving before delivery

These answers help organise a conversation. The accepted proposal and the actual property’s requirements determine the arrangement for your request.

What if I do not know which unit to ask for?

Describe the users, the location and why the normal facilities are insufficient. You can discuss standard cabins, wider-access units, washing or trailers without selecting a model first. Tell us which features matter to the people using them.

Dates may be provisional when you enquire. Label them clearly and ask what must be confirmed before equipment can be reserved; a submitted form is not a booking acceptance.

Are handwashing and accessible units included automatically?

They should be discussed explicitly. A product name or photograph does not establish which equipment, supplies or service tasks are bundled into a particular proposal. Check the written scope before making assumptions.

Accessible planning also includes the approach and surrounding space. Explain the surface and level changes so the conversation considers more than the doorway of the unit.

Who approves placement and later changes?

The responsible property or venue contact must address permission and site conditions, while the provider assesses the equipment arrangement. A general rental enquiry does not grant approval to use public land or a venue’s restricted area.

If the timetable or location changes, request a review before moving equipment or extending its use. All quote form fields are optional; include a reply method so the team can respond to questions that require follow-up.
