Connect the activity areas
Describe where guests arrive, gather and move during the programme. Identify permanent facilities included in the booking and the period they remain available.
Note changes in level, narrow passages or other features affecting the approach to temporary equipment. Discuss accessible provision with the actual route in mind, not only a unit’s description.
Include washing and waiting space
Review where users reach the washing station and where people may wait without conflicting with the programme. Coordinate the arrangement with other temporary installations before the layout is treated as final.
If an upgraded cabin or trailer is being considered, ask about the actual model’s entrance and features. Interior comfort does not remove the need to assess the outside approach.
Separate guests from supplier arrangements
Explain how equipment arrives, receives attention and leaves without assuming the guest route is suitable for supplier use. Give permitted visit windows and the organiser who can coordinate them.
For Aventura enquiries, provide the event’s actual property address and conditions. The guide is planning support, not a claim of affiliation with a local venue or a guarantee of equipment availability.
