Coral Gables / Rental decisions

Make restrooms part of the event supplier plan

Temporary facilities share space with everything else needed for an occasion. Resolve those relationships before deliveries begin, not after a site becomes crowded.

List the spaces each supplier needs

Consider the equipment position, unloading approach and operating space for restrooms alongside catering, seating and other installations. Ask the venue which areas cannot be occupied by supplier equipment.

Include the route for people using the facilities and any accessible requirements. The last unallocated corner on a drawing is not necessarily a suitable position.

Distinguish approval from a rental request

Property permission and any applicable event approvals are separate from the equipment proposal. The Coral Gables special-event resources identify a starting point for those discussions.

Confirm the actual venue conditions rather than relying on a supplier’s general experience elsewhere. Do not describe a requested equipment position as approved until the responsible contact has agreed to it.

Give receiving instructions one owner

Name the organiser who can coordinate arrival windows and answer placement questions. Share the accepted layout with them, including any restrictions affecting service visits or removal.

For a Coral Gables enquiry, supply the programme outline and relevant venue instructions. Equipment availability, model features and visit arrangements still need to be confirmed in the proposal for that event.
